Jason has been teaching since 2009. He completed his first training with Elizabeth Neuse-Flint of B Yoga and YogaWorks, and furthered his studies with Schuyler Grant at Kula Yoga. He studied fascia and body-reading with Zachary Dacuk and adjusting with David Regelin. In 2015 heĀ  completed the Yoga Union 500 hour program with Alison West. Jason teaches alignment and vinyasa, finds the other in each, and has a particular interest in strength training and foundational movement patterns.
